Emma-Jane is an Entrepreneur running a series of lifestyle businesses. She was the face of The Wellbeing Show for That’s TV and now presents her own YouTube channel, The Emma-Jane Taylor Show, being launched in 2018.
She is the Founder & Managing Director of:

Emma-Jane loves networking and supporting women in business and in life. She is a regular blogger and regularly writes articles for social media as well as media connections and publications.
Emma-Jane’s personal story of struggle and hardship being covered in her book entitled ‘Don’t Hold Back’, has given her the positive tools and focus she needed to fight back; to create a power house of strength; compassion and dedication to living.
She is an extremely passionate mentor with over 25+ years’ experience. She focuses all of her clients with the appropriate professional and personal tools. Her dedication ensures her clients receive bespoke plans, the correct focus and that they have an understanding of the phenomenal benefits of the mind. She is exceedingly inspiring and motivating to all who work with her. Using her own powerful journey, she brings positivity to her work and allows her clients the much needed mental and emotional freedom to live life the way they need to both personally and professionally.

Emma-Jane supports Piaroo’s Wish, a homeless charity based in Reading, Helen & Douglas House, Cancer Research, and many local charities.
Loves being with her daughter and with her family & friends, running, walking with her dog Charlie, swimming, being outdoors, networking and generally enjoying life. She is very sporty and loves to have fun and adventures. She enjoys laughing (& thinks we should all laugh more) and travels when & where she can. She indulges every day with the same enthusiasm and zest for life.

Susan Kabani is a graduate of the School of Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. After university, spent two years as a legal paralegal at a top New York Law firm before attending Tulane University Law School from 2006-2009. At Tulane, Susan combined her passion for the law and sports & entertainment and received a Sport Law certificate. As part of this.program, she also received training and certification in alternative dispute resolution which includes skills such negotiation, mediation and arbitration,
Between the summers of her second and third year of law school, Susan worked as a legal intern for the National Football league in their London office. Although her role began with working on contracts for sponsors, she was also asked to work on commercial pitches for European sponsors of the games being held at Wembley Stadium.
Whilst in London, she was offered the role of Legal Affairs and Business Development for a growing laser manufacturing company based in London. The company wanted to leverage her legal and commercial background to grow sales both domestically, but also in the US market. Although the role began as Legal Affairs, it quickly moved into a full business development position which included creating a sales and marketing strategy, customer development & engagement and on-going operational management. During her seven years with the company, sales tripled and a new product was added to the company’s portfolio.
In 2016, Susan launched Ugenie, which provides organisations with tailored digital platforms to more effectively engage their membership. Currently, Ugenie focuses on small to medium sized organisations that have an existing membership or customer base to which they deliver regular content. The platform also allows enables the organisation to build a stronger community in private and customised space. Ugenie is currently in its’ beta testing phase and will be launched in Fall of 2018.
In addition to professional work, Susan has also volunteered her time in support of several charities and non-for-profits over the last 2 decades. These include the Aga Khan Foundation, Focus Humanitarian Assistance, Parkinson’s UK, where she has raised almost £30k over the last 4 years, and The People Who Share, where she is currently the community manager for the social enterprise.
Her personal interests include playing sports, traveling and music. Notably, Susan has been performing in choirs since she was 4 years old, and has sung in a variety of different groups including a capella group at University and madrigal and jazz choirs.
