About Victoria Eastwood

Victoria is an Executive Coach focused on leadership and team development at the executive level, addressing issues such as defining and executing on business strategy, team building and developing corporate culture. Her background in IT – as a computer scientist, entrepreneur and business leader – have deepened her of experience in and ability to develop high performance teams, her current area of specialization.  Victoria is president of InSync Executive Coaching based in Toronto.

As an IT Executive with over twenty-five years of experience in software development, she specialized in program and project management and architecture for large complex projects. Previous corporate positions include VP of Engineering for Tier1CRM and Infobright Inc., and Senior Director positions in prominent companies such as Bell Canada, RBC and CIBC.
