With a career background in mental health, Brandi has dedicated her life to exploring mindfulness and meditation as a therapeutic tool for mental, emotional and physical well-being. She has extensive training in mindfulness meditation, yoga, and is certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher, UMASS, Medical School, Centre for Mindfulness and Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher. Most of all, Brandi is deeply committed to these practices, and truly believes in their power to enhance one’s quality of life, moment by moment.
