Victoria is an Executive Coach focused on leadership and team development at the executive level, addressing issues such as defining and executing on business strategy, team building and developing corporate culture. Her background in IT – as a computer scientist, entrepreneur and business leader – have deepened her of experience in and ability to develop high performance teams, her current area of specialization. Victoria is president of InSync Executive Coaching based in Toronto.
As an IT Executive with over twenty-five years of experience in software development, she specialized in program and project management and architecture for large complex projects. Previous corporate positions include VP of Engineering for Tier1CRM and Infobright Inc., and Senior Director positions in prominent companies such as Bell Canada, RBC and CIBC.
Experience has taught her that regardless of the business size, strong, innovative leadership can create dynamic, nimble and energetic organizations. Victoria believes executive coaching to be highly effective in organizational transformation and that cultures can shift toward changes that empower, enliven and deliver great results. She became an executive coach to empower leaders and organizations to become truly effective and functional in today’s highly competitive global environment.

Victoria has owned and managed her own consulting business for over 25 years. She was also instrumental in establishing a not-for-profit, charitable organization which mentors pre-teen kids to achieve their fullest potential.
Victoria is a graduate in Computer Science from Waterloo and the Royal Roads Executive Coach Program.
