New Initiative to GroYourBiz….
GroYourBiz Ltd. has been increasingly active as a social enterprise for the past several years. To continue providing both community and global initiatives for women, we are pleased to announce a division our company registered as an NFP.
GroYourBiz Institute for Global Connections an NFP Association in British Columbia, Canada.
The purposes of the association are:
- To provide business educational and training programs for small and medium-sized enterprises, to assist with their business growth and development of export and domestic markets.
- To provide peer-to-peer business advisory boards through structured programs with professional facilitation.
- To provide support, training, advisory services and access to global connections via strategic alliances.
GroYourBiz Fellowships
You can’t buy happiness. But you can support someone’s dreams, and that’s kind of the same thing…. In December 2016, GroYourBiz and Red Letter Films launched an alliance to help women entrepreneurs develop professionally and expand their businesses. Since that time, and thanks to our first GroYourBiz inaugural sponsors, we have been proud to support 37 women entrepreneurs to achieve their potential. We know when women grow their business…good things happen!

WE Empower UN SDG Challenge
The WE Empower Challenge is the first of its kind, a global business competition to honour, support and celebrate women entrepreneurs who are advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and inspiring entire communities to create the world we want by 2030. Five awardees, one from each of the five UN Regional Blocks, will be chosen each year. GroYourBiz is proud to be a lead sponsor.
BMO Celebrating Women Grants
GroYourBiz supports BMO Celebrating Women Grant Recipients annually. In 2023, 12 Canadian and 8 USA women-owned businesses received grants. They offer a complimentary membership worth $1500 to join their Business Advisory Board, a community of like-minded women entrepreneurs who strive to accelerate business growth. Grant recipients will be chosen based on their fulfillment of membership requirements, assessed by judges from the business community and GroYourBiz Trusted Advisors.
