Human Touch Leadership

We are living in a rapidly changing world and people are forced to adapt not only in their workplace but also in their day-to-day lives. Change is now happening every second and the pandemic has tested every person on the planet in different ways.

During the first lockdown, I wrote Human Touch Leadership a book based on an idea I’d been working on for several years. For the book, I interviewed 27 exceptional leaders from different backgrounds, cultures, ages and geographies, asking how they were dealing with this seismic
change. This interactive workshop will draw out the principles of the book and cover two of the defining pillars of the framework within:

Human – The potential of our mind, and Touch – How to navigate our emotions
