Tammy Kelly

Tammy Kelly brings over two decades of leadership experience across banking, finance, and entrepreneurship from a career with TD Bank. In 2002, Tammy joined her family business, APC Filtration, as CFO, where she played a key role in strategic planning and execution for more than 20 years. Her leadership spanned ISO certification, middle-management development, HR, finance, and sales and marketing strategies—helping grow APC into a successful middle-market company.

In early 2019, Tammy joined the Women Presidents Organization, gaining valuable support from a community of like-minded women leaders. In early to mid-2023, she worked exclusively with a large U.S. private equity firm through every stage of the sale of APC— successfully completing the transaction without the use of an M&A firm. Building on her divestiture experience at TD and APC, Tammy earned her CEPA® (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) designation in July 2025. She now assists business owners with business transition, valuation, investment, and divestiture, with a focus on increasing company value while reducing advisory fees.
