Dr. Artika R. Tyner is a passionate educator, author, sought after speaker, and justice advocate. She is the founder of Planting People Growing Justice Press and Bookstore (PPGJ), which publishes and promotes books that inspire and empower children to find joy in reading. Driven by her passion for promoting literacy and diversity in literature, she established the Planting People Growing Justice Leadership Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children through literature.
