As a newcomer to the Bay of Quinte area, I spent a number of years getting to know my community before I launched my business. Mommy Mops was the first step of my entrepreneurial journey, and began as a way to support my three amazing girls.

Now rebranded as Mops Inc., I manage an award-winning team of over 30 people! Mops Inc., specializes in janitorial and housekeeping services to large commercial properties, resorts, hotels and property managers of multi-unit vacation rentals in Prince Edward County, Bay of Quinte and the surrounding region.

We take a human-first approach to how we manage our team. We believe our staff deserve autonomy and everyone should be excited to come to work. In a nutshell, we’re really here to change the face of the cleaning industry.
