EXCELerate 2015 Welcomes David Suzuki as Breakfast Keynote Speaker

We are excited to announce that David Suzuki is coming to the EXCELerate 2015 conference in Vancouver as a KEYNOTE speaker.

The award-winning environmentalist and CBC television host, David Suzuki, will share his views at the Plenary session called “Balancing the Environment and the Economy: Caring About Our Planet” at the EXCELerate conference being held in Vancouver September 30 – October 2, 2015 at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel.

The session is focused on caring for our lonely planet — the only one we have – by looking at how business can strive to be part of the solution. Although commerce has often been seen as the nemesis of the environment, many businesses and their leaders are actually paving the way to a more sustainable future.

EXCELerate 2015 is dedicated to the full spectrum of entrepreneurs that operate and own small, medium, or large sized enterprises from all sectors. The main focus is to foster and support the economic empowerment of women by enhancing trading opportunities among communities across Canada, the USA and Internationally through the powerful alliances between GroYourBiz, Professional Women’s Network, WBE Canada and UnitedSucces.

The Keynote and Plenary presents a variety of perspectives and possibilities for businesses doing more to care about our planet by balancing economic interests with environmental needs.
